Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping on orders over RM 250.00 in a single checkout
  • Orders will be shipped out via either PosLaju or NinjaVan.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “My Orders” → Click “View Addresses” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
The default currency is MYR (Ringgit Malaysia). 

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 5 to 14 working days depending on stock availability.

Q. I'm not living in Malaysia, can I purchase from you?
We are happy to ship to other countries, please get in touch with our Customer Service team to obtain a quote.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at hello@jp-my.store with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Shipped or processed orders are non-cancellable.

Returned Parcel Due To Non Acknowledgement
If the parcel was returned due to non-collection at the branch (usually within 7 working days), the parcel will be returned. We charge a restocking fee of RM20 or 10% of the total amount (whichever is higher) plus the postage fee for re-shipping or cancellation of order.
